What is the expiry of the products?

All products shipped by Premium Fillers carry a minimum of 12 months remaining shelf life. In the event of an exception, we will advise you before your order ships.

We have been in the business for several years and have many clinics as customers. We buy big volumes both from manufacturers and distributors and we can therefore sell the products at extremely competitive prices.

Are the products offered on your website genuine? How do I know that they are?

All products offered by Premium Fillers are genuine, original items. Each product shipped comes in original manufacturer’s packaging, unadulterated and sealed with the following information displayed on the side:

  • Lot number
  • Date of manufacture
  • Expiry date

Do I need a license to buy from you?

Yes. We only sell to individual’s licensed to inject dermal fillers You will need to provide us with a copy of a medical license before your order can ship. You can contact us about exact licensing requirements before proceeding with the order.

What if there is a product I am interested in, but is not listed on your site?

No, at this time we cannot ship to customers outside of the United States.

In order to ensure we provide our customers with the best possible prices; we do not provide payment terms.

Is there a minimum quantity that I must order?

How does shipping work?

Ground shipping is FREE on your first order. After that, shipping fees are as follows:

  • Overnight AM (before 10:30AM) – $55
  • Overnight (Next Day) – $50
  • 2-Day Air – $30
  • Ground (3-7 business days) – $15

How can I track my order?

The  day as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number enabling you to follow your consignment online from departure of our warehouse till arrival at your desired destination.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return within 8 working days, as long as the reason falls under one of the following conditions: The product contains manufacturing defects, the product was damaged upon arrival or the wrong product was delivered.
